Gabriela Hârțescu, PhD

Dr. Gabriela Hârțescu is the Dean of Envisia – Boards of Elite. In this capacity, she guides the school's academic vision, supports curriculum development, and fosters research to ensure all programs align with the highest international standards.

Career and Leadership in Financial Education

Before joining Envisia, Gabriela was the CEO of the Romanian Banking Institute (IBR), where she played a pivotal role in the professional training of thousands of banking specialists. Her European experience includes serving on the Board of Directors of the European Banking and Financial Services Training Association (EBTN).

Strategic Involvement

Currently, Gabriela is the Chair of the Academic Committee at the International Association for Sustainable Economy (IASE) and the President of the Banking Commission at the International Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of prestigious professional associations like the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).

Education

Gabriela holds a PhD in Finance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
