Carmen began her journey in banking operations, gaining experience in various payment and settlement mechanics. She then built and managed the middle-office function at Raiffeisen Bank, where she developed her expertise in market, credit, and operational risk. For the past 14 years, she has focused on product management and currently manages the capital market products portfolio for Raiffeisen Bank Romania.
